TANTADRUJ 1987 - 1991

The musical group Tantadruj is one of the classics on the Slovenian acoustic music scene. The group builds its visibility mainly on the sound relationships between acoustic guitar, the hypnotic sound of different instruments and voices that tell various stories (from ballads, folk-colored tunes to surrealist lyrical motifs). From the very beginning, Tantadruj has masterfully intertwined original musical expression with the influences of more established folk traditions. In addition to original style, their importance is also in the excellent musical interpretations of Slovene and world poetry (from Prešeren, Jenko, Murn, Kette, Vodušek, Kosovel to Pushkin, Lermontov).
